Today was Canada Day! We had a celebration at the place we are staying at and invited the other 4 Canadians from the center. It was good – we had hot dogs and poutine and chips and lemonade, and for dessert we had nanimo bars!! We decorated the place up all nice and even had one of the guys play Oh Canada on the trumpet! It really was a good day and we reminisced about our home country.
PS: The dictionaries are finally completed and the last ones are waiting for the next available printer! They turned out really well and I am so glad to have an end product after all that hard work! Now on to lexicostatistics...
