Precious Miracles

God has been soooooooooooo good to me these past two weeks! I can’t believe how much He loves me!! He has been doing little miracles in my life every single day, and I am simply blown away! Many days I have been in a hurry, and the bus arrives exactly when I get to the bus stop. One day, I asked God that when I arrived at the bus stop, the driver would just be arriving and going into the bus. (Because after they pull up and let the people out, the have to go and report or check-in at the office, and about half-an-hour later he comes out and lets the people in.) It was such a simple, yet very specific prayer. I had even forgotten that I prayed that, until I saw it happening before my very eyes! How incredible! There have been a few days that the power comes back on after an outage, just as I arrive at the house or just when I need to cook or do something. Then there was one day where I had a big bill and only 400Bs in change. The bus costs at least 500Bs, and they definitely wouldn’t take the big bill. I was quite worried, because I didn’t know what to do – did I really have to go and buy some candy or something in order to get change?? So while I was waiting at the bus stop, I opened my wallet, and the change added up to 550Bs!!! I couldn’t believe it! Then the MetroBus came, so I didn’t have to pay anyway, because I had a prepaid ticket! Then the hugest thing, was this large project I was working on – to create Spanish subtitles for an English promo video for YWAM. I have never done anything like it, and I had only 2 weeks to learn the programs, fight with them, write out the English transcript, translate (with the help of friends) into Spanish, then use the programs to add the subtitles to the movie and save it all together. I worked a lot on it, and when I thought everything was ready, it turned out that it didn’t work on the computer that we need it on. I had like half-an-hour more to fix it, because the director was leaving for the city where they are promoting it this weekend. It was incredible, that everything fell into place and it was ready in the last possible minutes!! God is definitely teaching me to trust him – he is faithful and completely worthy of my trust, and absolutely worthy to be praised.
