My First Blog

Well, here I am. This is my first experience with a blog, so I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing, but I'm excited to get this going! The reason I set this up is to be able to update my friends and family on a more regular basis with what is going on with my mission adventures overseas. Here is where I will write my frustrations of not being able to understand my Spanish-only-speaking family, my nervousness of meeting new people and learning to lead them in the DTS, and my day-to-day struggles, and of course, the wonderful experiences of God's presence and faithfulness. I am very excited to be returning to God's beloved country of Venezuela, and I know this journey will be filled with His Spirit. Thank you to all my friends and family for praying for me, and for standing behind me as I embark on this next journey! Blessings on you all!
